AHU/Chiller - HVAC Field Engineer

They are looking for technicians who want to advance in their careers and become technical experts in their field. 

Job description:

  • As a technical engineer, your role involves managing various services related to chillers and AHUs. You will be the main point of contact for customers in case of technical failures, responsible for solving complex problems. Although you will mainly work independently, you will maintain close contact with your colleagues and clients.
  • Your ability to communicate effectively and emphasize customer service will be essential. You will be responsible for identifying and solving technical problems, selecting necessary spare parts, and providing quotes if necessary. You will also be required to provide technical advice via phone or email, as well as conduct technical training for professional clients in our training center.

Your profile:

  • You have received technical training in refrigeration/air conditioning or you have relevant experience in the field. Your goal is to become a technical expert in an advanced technological environment. You are fluent in French and/or Dutch.
  • Your proactive approach leads to optimal customer service. You are effective even in difficult situations and able to respond quickly and effectively to changes, problems, and customer questions. You attach great importance to the quality of your work and constantly strive to satisfy customers, in collaboration with your colleagues. Additionally, you possess a category B driver's license.
